Lowenek Barn is a beautiful spacious holiday home situated below the hamlet of Sancreed in West Cornwall. Lowenek barn caters for couples in a very peaceful location. Sancreed is right in the heart of West Penwith easy access for beaches and many places of interest, St Ives, Penzance, Mousehole, the Minack theatre, Sennen Beach to name a few. There is ample room for parking.
Open plan sitting and dining area
Lowenek is in reverse layout to make the most of the stunning views. On the first floor is the sitting area with a tv monitor/dvd, a music centre, many books and maps. The heating is supplied by night storage heaters and a real flamerite stove. There is an ethernet cable for free internet. The original Art works add to the pleasure of a well laid out room with furniture of high quality.
Kitchen dining area
Spacious kitchen and dining area, fully equipped to a high standard there is a full size oven, microwave and a fridge . Modern dinner service makes eating a pleasure, stainless steel saucepans including a steamer, a wok, everything from coffee percolator to garlic press.On arrival you will find milk, tea, fresh coffee, sugar and many other kitchen basics.
Light spacious Bedroom
The bedroom is 30' long and 15' wide is very light and spacious, a large double bed made with high quality linen and feather pillows (if you are allergic to feathers we have replacements) The bedroom has bedside radio and reading lights.There is ample space for a small bed or cot which we supply at no extra charge.There is a small contemporary library of over 50 books.
A peaceful haven
Top quality shower and hand towels are supplied in the shower room/toilet

There is a hairdryer and iron with board. In addition to the night storage heaters there is a convector fire. The bedroom is warm, the bed is comfortable, there is a good feeling of peace. We live next door but the barn is detached and completely private.
